This website provides general information about Results-DNA Mobile Service LLC and its services. You may use the site only for lawful purposes. Website content is not a binding service offer, and visiting the site or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee service availability. Services are confirmed separately in writing.
Results-DNA provides specimen collection services only. We do not provide laboratory analysis, Medical Review Officer (MRO) services, interpretation of test results, or collection supplies. The client, its program administrator, or its selected laboratory is responsible for the laboratory relationship, supplies, testing process, and review or interpretation of results.
Online appointment scheduling is provided through Zoho Bookings, a third-party service. When you use the scheduling link, Zoho’s terms, privacy practices, and system availability also apply. Results-DNA is not responsible for interruptions or errors within Zoho Bookings.
Results-DNA does not guarantee any particular test result, laboratory finding, turnaround time, or outcome. Results and related decisions are controlled by the applicable testing program, laboratory, MRO, employer, or other authorized party—not by Results-DNA.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Results-DNA’s total liability arising from or related to use of this website will not exceed $100. This website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties about uninterrupted access or complete accuracy.
These website terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute concerning use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Harris County, Texas.
Results-DNA collects only the information visitors voluntarily provide: scheduling details entered through Zoho Bookings, information sent by email to info@results-dnamsllc.com, and information shared during calls to 713-416-6774.
We use this information only to respond to questions, schedule conversations, and coordinate requested services. We do not sell personal information.
Zoho Bookings processes scheduling information as a third-party service provider. Information entered there is also subject to Zoho’s own privacy practices and terms.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have shared with Results-DNA, subject to any legal or business recordkeeping requirements. Send requests to info@results-dnamsllc.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify a request before acting on it.
There is no cancellation charge when Results-DNA receives notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. A cancellation made inside the 48-hour window is subject to a $500 fee per scheduled visit.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless different payment terms have been agreed to in writing.
Rates presented or discussed before booking are draft and subject to confirmation. If a signed service agreement applies, that agreement controls if it conflicts with this website policy.

On-site urine specimen collections performed by a DOT-qualified collector, following your established testing program and laboratory process. Collectors hold current DOT collector qualification documentation, and every collection follows full chain-of-custody procedure.
Professional workplace collections for company testing programs, from scheduled groups to individual collection needs — pre-employment, random, post-accident, and return-to-duty support arranged around your program.
Coordinated visits for planned workforce collections, with after-hours and urgent collection support available by arrangement. After-hours, STAT, and emergency collections — including post-accident call-outs — are available nights, weekends, and holidays.
Your team sends employees by shift, in alphabetical order, at a pace of about 15–20 collections per hour — 120 to 160 employees in an 8-hour collection day, based on management's ability to move staff and their cooperation. Each shift is serviced separately and in order, so your operation keeps moving while collections are completed.
Collection-service fees only. Your organization provides its laboratory/MRO relationship and all collection supplies; the fees below cover Results-DNA’s professional on-site collection services.

Per-employee collection rates are $75 in Texas and $80 in Arizona; Washington — planned expansion — will use the Arizona rate. Rates shown are starting rates, confirmed in writing before service; a signed service agreement controls if it differs. Recurring employer partners may qualify for preferred rates based on collection volume, frequency, location, and scheduling requirements.

For your safety and privacy, we never come into your home. DNA collections meet at a safe, private place as close to home as possible — a quiet library room, a coffee shop booth, or another small private space — and every collection is handled discreetly and confidentially.
Results-DNA performs the collection and secures specimens for the laboratory. Testing and results are provided by the laboratory — Results-DNA does not analyze specimens or interpret results.
DNA testing is performed through our contracted laboratory. Prices include laboratory fees and shipping, along with Results-DNA’s professional mobile collection service.
